The most unique of the Canary Islands, Lanzarote is situated only 70 miles off the west coast of Africa and the famous Sahara Desert. It is the most easterly of the Canary Islands.

It enjoys a subtropical mild dry climate with year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than other islands in the Canaries. Temperatures can be in the 30s but are tempered by the cooling breezes.

The stunning island measures only 45km x 18km and is made up of a spectacular lunar landscape that is out of this world.

It is blessed with beautiful golden sandy beaches, with an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture and above all, a remarkable sense of calm and serenity. Its beaches are perfect for diving, windsurfing, sailing and deep sea fishing.
